A perfect gathering place for several people all under one roof. The Guest House has four individual rooms each with their own bathroom and a common area downstairs with a full kitchen. This unique rental sits on the highest point of the eastern side of the village with plenty of green space, surrounded by breathtaking views of Lake Thunderbird.

Built in 1965 as the home of John & Mildred Cooper, founders of Cherokee Village, this iconic 22-acre property has a rich history as a residence, a place for entertaining and a destination for relaxation and retreat. Today, Cooper’s Pointe welcomes guests to enjoy a stay at one of our five Main House hotel-style suites, three two-bedroom condos or our four-bedroom Guest House. Cooper’s Pointe also provides a beautiful backdrop for a wedding or special event.
